BALLERZ EASTER CAMPS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for Ballerz Easter Camps, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
1.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
1.3 No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, illness, change of plans, or failure to meet participation requirements.
1.4 Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time only and cannot be applied retrospectively.

2. Age & Eligibility

2.1 Camps are open to children aged 4–14 years.
2.2 All children must be fully potty trained.
If a child arrives and is not potty trained, we reserve the right to contact parents/guardians for immediate collection. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
2.3 Ballerz reserves the right to refuse participation if a child’s behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others.

3. Medical Information & Special Requirements

3.1 Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or behavioural requirements prior to booking.
3.2 Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in refusal of participation without refund.

4. Food & Personal Items

4.1 Children must bring a snack box, lunchbox and drinks for the day.
4.2 Ballerz operates a strict no-nut policy.
4.3 Ballerz accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

5. Safeguarding & Collection Procedures

5.1 All Ballerz staff are DBS checked. The majority are first-aid trained.
5.2 A secure collection system will be in place including:

A unique keyword and PIN issued to parents/guardians

Named authorised collectors listed at registration

Collection permitted only upon provision of the correct keyword/PIN

5.3 Children will only be released to authorised individuals.

6. Timings & Late Collection

6.1 Full Day Camp runs 9:00am–5:00pm.
6.2 Half Day Camps run 9:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–5:00pm.
6.3 Parents must arrive promptly for collection.
6.4 Late collection may result in additional charges.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

7.1 Children are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow participants.
7.2 Ballerz reserves the right to remove a child from camp if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
7.3 In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation

8.1 Ballerz reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, activities, or staffing where necessary.
8.2 In the unlikely event Ballerz cancels a camp date, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

9. Photography & Media

9.1 Ballerz may take photos and videos during camps for promotional purposes.
9.2 Parents/guardians must notify us in writing prior to the event if they do not consent to media usage.

10. Liability

10.1 Participation in sporting activities involves inherent risk.
10.2 Ballerz accepts no liability for injuries sustained through normal participation unless caused by proven negligence.

11. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

You are the parent/legal guardian of the participating child.

All information provided is accurate and complete.

You agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
